Andrew was off today. He had a dentist apt at 10am. He basically went in and back out. Insurance wont cover whatever he was going to have completed and they decided to not tell him until his apt so….

Pet sitter came by at 10am this morning. I think he will do a good job (hoping anyway). He emailed me 30 minutes prior letting me know he would be here and I didn’t have to go to him so that is a good sign haha.
Went down to dad’s today. He was doing pretty good. He was sitting out on the porch as usual. He loves sitting out on the swing. I do too. Brought him some white castles. The butterflies were all over his butterfly bush ahhhh… The cat’s were sacked out. Andy showed him a few videos he had found on the installation of the home generators so that he would understand what he was talking about. Once he saw it he got it haha. He spent almost 7k at Menards on it but he got a refund. Richard “already sent the rebate in” sooooooooo … will just keep that there.
Lane said they were having an awesome time. :) He said bub still doesn’t want to smile or have his pic taken ha!

Lane won their championship …He sent me these yesterday. He seemed pretty happy about it :)
Talked to dad today. He bought a home generator without understanding all that goes into it. Andy researched and basically if you are Not an electrician they said do NOT attempt it. You can be hurt or killed very easily. It also has to be permitted by the City with an inspection. So, Andy is on the phone with him now “attempting” to explain all that. He is basically doing what he has always done and that is being “sneaky” but he doesn’t have the tools out there to look into the stuff like we do.
Hot as balls out today. The dog had little bouts outside. He was not having it. The cat was up in her perch all day. Another uneventful day for the most part- Mainly cleaned and not much else. Still have more to go. Lane should be on his way to Mexico tomorrow. Hoping everything goes well and they have safe travels there and back.
Nothing eventful in the least today. I didn’t do much. My hydrangea is almost fully bloomed. The leaves are starting to look a little better. I stopped watering it as much. Watched the birdies a little. I need to get some more bird seed. Peppers are getting bigger.
Lane sent me a random pic of Messi’s cage/crate. It looks pretty nice. I am hoping everything goes well when they go to Mexico. I believe they are leaving Friday.
Talked to dad this evening. He went with his friend Steve up to Zionzville to look at his old house. They then went to Groff where he grew up to look at those houses. He said they had a good day. He did say he told him he was nervous about even going and told Steve when he “has to go” (meaning the bathroom) he “has” to go and can’t hold it. I guess Steve told him he had the same issue. I think that is why he doesn’t stay anywhere that long… makes sense.
Been looking for pet sitters today but getting basically nowhere errr.. I literally almost fell asleep out on the glider bench so oh boy. Poor Andy the heat is taking a lot out of him.
Sent a card from an App I found on my phone. I had sent one before too him (Drew). I am going to look at Cracker Barrel via Lori’s idea. I think they could possibly have some post cards.
Zorro threw up just a little this morning. The vet said he might. His bloodwork came back “beautiful” which I was a little shocked by but glad :)
Absolutely no expectation to like or even drink this coffee but still trying it.
