Couldn’t sleep last night so took a nap today ugh! Called to reschedule dentist apt for Wednesday. Found the M&M’s I have been looking for but looks like Andy has plans for them haha :) My oximeter has been my best / worst friend lately.
My oximeter has been my best/worst friend lately. My heart rate has went up intermittently and keeping an eye on it.
