 Andrew was off again today.  We went to the City County building and that was an ordeal.  I hate - hate going there.  No ONE and I mean NO one knows WTH they are doing.  You get three different answers from three different areas on how something needs done.  It is stupid.  I was supposed to get my hair done after at 1pm but yet again that was a cluster f and didn’t happen. Went to Aldi’s after and got a few things.
