Thinking a spider 🕷️ was having a feast on me. This thing has spread out. I took some Benadryl and have been putting ice on it and a little Neosporin.

That is a Blue Mud Wasp (Mud Dauber).Check for a nest under your swing seat. Welt looks nasty, bet it was a sting or bite of some sort.
