Andy had a perio apt. He has to have surgery on both sides for his gums in October. Said they were in bad shape. They said he really needs implants on the bottoms so it’s awesome. They can’t talk about that until after get his gums under control. Went into FT and they were very proud of their items - no thanks. I ended up with some peanut butter and some nutritional yeast. I saw a few diabetes educators talk about that being good to sprinkle on things. It looks more like fish food to me though.
His mom msg and let him know she is worried because his dad’s psa went up. He tried to call but hasn’t talked to her yet.
Bet the nutritional yeast was pricy there. You should try Walmart. It's about $7 I think...last time I bought it anywho. IT's not terrible. KAR uses it too.
