Had these rolls in the freezer for a while finally baked them- pretty good. Grabbed some small round ice trays but they will probably be going back. Watching The Free State of Jones.

I like those trays but you have to be careful. Bet you put the top on and they squirted you in the face? Don't fill them full and "lightly" press the top on. ;)
