In tax hell. They have our taxes all jacked to how to pay and dads are in there so it is awesome.
I received an email back from central state. They said Unfortunately, Willard’s file came up empty. I based its presence on a database that came from a printed list, but when reviewing the microfilm, no records were present. I’ve attached his discharge card here, but I’m afraid that it is all we have for him.
The discharge basically had his age at the time as 49. It listed two other previous hospitalizations from Methodist and Marion county general with their dates and the date he died at the bottom- Oct 13, 74. Said diagnosis deferred. The back had a lot of things I wish would have been filled in but of course they were not.
Unfortunate!! Records were not kept the same then.
