Went down to dad’s to mow and spread some of his ashes. Carol came by as we were leaving.
Heard the owl again. I looked up the barred owl call and that is what we are hearing tonight. Andy said my dad would try to do that call lol. He thought he could talk to them.
This was crazy. We put “some” of his ashes in the pond. Right when he started a flipping fish jumped up out of the water. I have it on video. We have NOT seen one fish - dead or alive for two years and the minute we do this the freaking thing shows up lol! You can see the splash on the bottom one. Hank showed up…Had a last swing with him.

Look at all that grass around the pond! He will be at peace now. :) Dude has no business with a chainsaw but if that's how he makes a living...sigh
