Made some apple syrup - pretty good. Saw a cool butterfly (I think it is one anyway). Made some scalloped potato’s haven’t had those in years.

Love those little short tailed butterflies. Can't tell if this is an orential..if blue-ish, it is. Sweet little house finch or purple finch getting a drink! I have a hard time telling them apart they look so much alike!
